Daily Comment
As I predicted, my colonoscopy prep was not good. That didn't stop the doctor from going forward with it, so now its done.

They found a polyp, I'll get the biopsy in a week or so, and then I'll forget about this for another five years if it's negative, or forever if it isn't.

Whatever.

Meanwhile, that was pretty much the  beginning and end of my day, except for eating. After a 39-hour fast, I was pretty hungry, and ate my day's meals (and then some) between 2:30 and 7:30pm.

Tomorrow, a return to normalcy. (?)

Diet Comment
So, one day of nothing but water (actually, the fast lasted past the procedure, for a total fasting time of thirty-nine hours) and a lot of time on the toilet, and I'm back in range.


Food Log 
Breakfast

Dinner
OK - this is one meal, eaten over a five hour period (so there were breaks, but none very long) beginning at 2:30 pm. Here's what I ate: 
  1. Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with hem seeds, blueberries, coconut oil, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.
  2. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with Kerry Gold butter.
  3. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with hard-boiled eggs and guacamole.
  4. Cole slaw and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with coconut oil.
  5. Chicken-feta-spinach sausage and Shahi Rajma (red bean curry) on cauliflower.


Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  30 oz.   Water: 64+ oz.
