Daily Comment
A final eye-test, because my doctor is worried about the effect of my diabetes on my vision (I have had all of them - this was a revisit, because my eyes had to be non-dilated.

The good news: No problems. Zero. The bad news, kinda, is that now that this very personable and funny opthalmologist (he sings old rock songs to me in the style of Elmer Fudd) wants to see me regularly.

I don't care about the singing - he is an entertaining and affable guy - but I don't want to date him, not even once every six months.

Breakfast
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon, coconut oil and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
At Osteria Salina: Steak Frites and chocolate mousse cake for dessert.

Snack
Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal, blueberries, almond-coconut milk and stevia-inulin blend. Not shown: Dark (72%) chocolate and a made-from-the-bulk-bins mix of Brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cashews. 

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 112 oz.
