First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         207.2 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     204.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 3.2 lbs

Diet Comment
So, if losing a kilo made me feel very good yesterday, what does gaining it back and a pound more make me feel like today? Very good. And, I didn't actually intend to fast today, I just slept in and then didn't get around to eating anything until dinner-time.

Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psillium and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water:  60+ oz.
