For no good reason, I'm very tired today.

I did a little food shopping, came home took a nap.

Diet Comment
Yesterday's semi-regular eating day (skipped breakfast, late snack for 3rd meal) did some good. Keeping it going today.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Dal Tadka with scrambled eggs and spinach. Not shown: A donut when I got to work. Fail!

Lunch
Salmon on Spring Mix greens with baby spinach, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Pepperoni and baby carrots.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  128+ oz.
