Diet Comment
I'm down on myself today - I totally blew it yesterday, after I set out to be very good. For one thing, every time I eat at one of my fav hangs, the Maplewood - the only one of my hangouts that serves good food - my weight is up the next day. Every time. For another, after finishing a reasonable after-jam dinner at home, I proceeded, based only on tiredness and stonedness, to eat a 6-ounce package of Swiss cheese. I woke up knowing I was heavier, but I was surprised by how much! I'm going to try, again, to be really good today. Really. Of course, we'll see how things go.
