Diet Comment
I was certain my weight would be up today, thanks to the delicious pizza I had at Woodies (aka Maplewood Bar & Grill) last night. Today is unlikely to be a lot better, but maybe.

6:15pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner
10:05pm: Dal Tadka (lentil curry) with chopped kale and spinach, on riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeast) and celery with peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
3:55pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Tuna poke salad with: Kale, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, carrots, scallions, ginger, edamame, avocado, tuna poke, sesame seeds and miso-sesame dressing. |
6:15pm: A Quest bar.
Dinner

Liquid Intake
