Back where I started the week, which is good, considering the last two days of weight gain.

Breakfast

Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon). |
6:30pm: A pumpkin muffin with cream cheese.
Dinner
9:45pm: A pumpkin muffin with a pint of ricotta cheese, and much too much Wholesome Medley (mixed nuts, dark chocolate, dried berries).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
