Diet Comment
Not a significant change, but it's in the right direction. Circumstances forced me out of my intermittent fasting schedule, but I should be able to get back there today.

Dinner
10:15pm: Chicken salad (Buffalo-style chicken breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, mixed vegetable slaw, creamy balsamic vinaigrette), mixed nuts and havarti cheese, celery with homemade coleslaw, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
