Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    200.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/6/23):          201.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not a significant change, but it's in the right direction. Circumstances forced me out of my intermittent fasting schedule, but I should be able to get back there today.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:25pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
10:15pm: Chicken
 salad (Buffalo-style chicken breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, mixed vegetable slaw, creamy balsamic vinaigrette), mixed nuts and havarti cheese, celery with homemade coleslaw, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
