Today's Weight:                    202.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/11/23):         202.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I'm not happy with this result. Given what I ate yesterday, I was expecting a loss. Sure, it was a lot of food, but nothing off-plan. Grrrr. Note: No update tomorrow. I have an early dental appointment, a few chores and rehearsal that will throw me off for the day, and not give me a chance to weigh in before breakfast, which will not be at home.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:25pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

8:35pm, at the Maplewood Grill: Grilled haddock with a salad and sweet potato fries.

Dinner
11:25pm: Mixed nuts
 and dark chocolate and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
