Diet Comment
Not happy or unhappy about this result today, rather surprised. A Sunday of good heavy eating, including a lot of late night calories, and I undid whatever good I did Friday and Saturday. So it goes.
Food Log
Breakfast4:05pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and tomatoes). Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread. |
Lunch
6:25pm: Mixed nuts and dark chocolate with chilis bar.
Dinner
9:55pm: Cucumbers with homemade mayonnaise, chicken salad (Buffalo-style chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, cabbage, carrots, chard, cucumbers, kale, spinach, balsamic dressing) and a Quest bar.
