Net Loss/Gain:                    -  1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I'm finally back in range after last week's weight gain. Unfortunately for that weight gain, it's Woodies (Maplewood Bar & Grill) tonight. I know what that means.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
9:00pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Josh Allen Buffalo chicken pizza (1/2, obviously, but the whole was eaten, which will show up on the scale tomorrow): Buffalo wing dip, roasted chicken, shredded mozzarella, bacon, blue cheese, hot sauce. Not shown: 86% dark chocolate.


Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
