Diet Comment
Highest weight of the year. Ugh. I ate a lot over the Labor Day weekend. I did avoid eating at restaurants (and, as always, the State Fair and it's horrible food), but I did eat a lot, especially late at night. Sigh. This can't continue, but I am not certain how I'll stop it. Yet.

11:05pm: Mixed nuts and Swiss cheese, a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, rainbow slaw (mixed vegetables slaw, parmesan crisps and balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.
