Breakfast
2:45pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

8:30pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Buffalo cauliflower.
Dinner

11:05pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and homemade mayonnaise), Swiss cheese
 and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
