Diet Comment
I don't know. It could, of course, be worse - it could be a gain. But, well, after two days (I didn't weigh myself yesterday, so there was no update), it is a loss - but I'm still carrying a bit too much weight.

Breakfast
3:00pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions) and steamed brussels sprouts with olive oil and Everything seasoning.

10:50pm: Mixed nuts and havarti cheese, chicken salad (Buffalo-style chicken breast, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette), a Quest bar, dried mango with chili spice powder.
Skipped.
Dinner
