An excellent finish to the week. Yesterday's weight seemed like an aberration, and today we have a nice correction. Feels good.

1:45pm: Reverend's Frittata: (eggs, chicken sausage, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, parmesan cheese, sweet potatoes). 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:55pm: Salmon burger with pesto sauce on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread, and a salad (Spring Mix, spinach, cabbage and creamy balsamic dressing). A Quest bar and peanut butter. Three squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake

Diet Comment
Okay, this is out of the comfort zone, and the highest weight of the year. When I think about it for a second, though, that this is the highest weight of the year is a good thing, or will be if it stays that for the rest of the year.

1:55pm: Oatmeal (oats, chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, blueberries, cacao nibs, Greek yogurt and kefir) and mayonnaise eggs with Dubliner cheese.

Lunch
6:30pm: Whipped cottage cheese with cacao nibs and a 
Quest bar and peanut butter.

Dinner
9:35pm: Sweet potatoes. A
nd a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Ugh! I expected a weight gain after last night's late dinner from Popeye's, complete with fries, but not this much. Oh, well, so it goes.

7:45pm, at ONCO Fermentations; ham and cheese sandwich, hard cider.

11:15pm: Vegetarian sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds (back, yay!), Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach) on riced cauliflower with shaved parmesan cheese, 
and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

11:35pm, from Popeye's: A spicy chicken sandwich with cajun fries. A Quest bar and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Diet Comment
I ended my eating last night with high-calorie, high-sugar food, in the form of dried mangos and pumpkin seeds. I ate a lot of both, too, finishing the whole bag of mangoes I'd just bought, and the bag of pumpkin seeds, too. Amazingly, it didn't affect my blood sugar when I checked it, but the weight-gain was a foregone conclusion.

Oh, no! The return of yesterday's lost weight. Was it the egg roll I ate during I am Fool rehearsal? Unlikely, at least by itself, as it weighed far less than a pound. But it might have turned on fat storage. It's no big deal, anyway. I'm happy when my weight is under 200 pounds.
