I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Previous Weight (4/12/22): 197.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: - 1.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
I made up for my dinner out yesterday (technically, lunch) with only a Quest bar for the rest of the night, not feeling great after the previous day's booster shot, anyway. So, here we are, a nice low weight, below the already-favorable trend line.
Lunch
3:10pm: Salad with roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing.
Dinner
10:50pm: Salmon burger with air-fried brussels sprouts (with olive oil. Everything But the Bagel seasoning, and nutritional yeast) and a Quest bar.
