I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/22/22):         196.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
For once, I begin the week without a weekend weight gain. In fact, I'm practically at my lowest weight this year.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Cheese omelet (kale, spinach, peppers, onions, Dubliner cheese and eggs) with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Lunch
6:40pm: Air-popped popcorn with olive oil, truffle oil, nutritional yeast and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.

Dinner
10:50pm: Quorn sloppy Joe: (Quorn Grounds [mushroom-based protein ground meat substitute], lentils, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, chopped kale and spinach). A Ghirardelli 72% chocolate bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
