More Jimi Marley Project rehearsals, and a kinda-sorta debut.
We rehearsed for about an hour, which was really enjoyable, even though I was feeling a little blah. Then we re-met at the Limp Lizard BBQ for an appearance at the open mic. Next week, we will be featured as 'Special Guest Artist' and have a longer set at the beginning.

The 'kinda-sorta debut' qualification was because the JMP was supplemented by house guitarist Richie and house keys man Wells. They're aces, truly great musicians, and friends, but it changed our sound, and the structure of the songs was different than what we had just rehearsed.
Also, the 'kinda-sorta debut' qualification applies because it is not really the first time we've played out. And, most importantly, we still haven't played our first gig.
Anyway, it was great - a lot of fun. I left early, though, not feeling... peppy enough to hang.
I had felt like this all day, actually, and I believe the cause was Monday afternoon's Covid-19 booster shot. I woke up today with my arm sore at the vaccination site, which wasn't there when I went to bed, and this ache didn't go away all day. I also felt draggy all day.
I'm grateful for the day - even not feeling 100%, a good day.
Previous Weight (4/11/22): 199.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: - 1.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is, I guess, typical: I gain weight on the weekends, when I don't track what I eat, and lose it during the week, when I do. Tomorrow, however, we might see some gain, as I had dinner out.

8:50pm, at Limp Lizard BBQ: Chicken bacon Caesar wrap, with coleslaw and collard greens.

10:30pm: A Quest bar.
