Net Loss/Gain: - 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
Nice way to end the week, nice net loss since Monday, and I'm right on the trend line. Perfect.
Lunch
9:00pm: Ramen with chicken and greens (Vite-Ramen Sichuan chili high-protein ramen, Buffalo chicken breast, nutritional yeast, mushrooms, kale and spinach).
Dinner
10:50pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.

2:20pm: Oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt).
