Previous Weight (4/27/22):         195.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
Thanks to yesterday's anxiety-related low calorie intake, I am at my lowest weight for more than a decade. Well, all right then 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Veggie-cheese omelet (kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, shaved parmesan and eggs) with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast and guacamole.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:00pm: 
Quorn sloppy Joe: (Quorn Grounds [mushroom-based protein ground meat substitute], lentils, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, chopped kale and spinach). And a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
