Thanks to yesterday's anxiety-related low calorie intake, I am at my lowest weight for more than a decade. Well, all right then

10:00pm: Quorn sloppy Joe: (Quorn Grounds [mushroom-based protein ground meat substitute], lentils, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, chopped kale and spinach). And a Quest bar.
