I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Previous Weight (4/13/22): 196.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: + 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I'm only a little surprised by this gain - it wasn't expected, but given that it is still slightly under the trend line, I'm good. Also, I don't know how or why it is up - it may be nothing more than weighing myself a little earlier than usual.
Lunch
6:00pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.
Dinner
10:40pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, Buffalo chicken breast and horseradish cheddar, and a Quest bar.

1:30pm: Smoked salmon, a veggie scramble (arugula, chard, kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, horseradish cheddar and eggs) and Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains toast.
