I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Previous Weight (4/19/22): 197.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: - 1.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
I got much better sleep last night, and was nicely surprised with a loss I didn't see coming - I thought my high-calorie dinner of nuts and chocolate was going to spoil that (it did give me a slightly high glucose reading this morning). But no-o-o, all good.
Lunch
7:40pm: Salad (buffalo chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing) and a Quest bar.
Dinner
12;30am: Sugar-free dark chocolate.

2:35pm: Veggie-cheese omelet (kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, shaved parmesan and eggs) with guacamole on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.
