Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    197.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/18/22):         198.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Reversal of a trend, even though I only got three-and-a-half hours sleep.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:15pm: Veggie-cheese frittata (kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, shaved parmesan and eggs) and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with guacamole.

Lunch
7:30pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Macadamia nuts - a lot - and sugar-free dark chocolate - a lot.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 52+ oz.;
