Daily Comment
I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    197.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/20/22):         196.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I didn't sleep as well last night, but the small difference doesn't seem enough for the gain at weigh-in. I don't really know how to explain it. Just late-night eating? Maybe that's it.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:40pm: Cheese omelet (kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, shaved parmesan and eggs) with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast, and air-fried brussels sprouts (with olive oil and Everything But the Bagel seasoning).

Lunch
5:35pm: Peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:50pm: Lentil curry with kale and spinach on riced cauliflower.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 46+ oz.;
