Daily Comment
After talking about upcoming dates at a rehearsal for a semi-pro blues band I sub with, today I learned that I've been replaced, and the six gigs coming up in the next six months are canceled.
Good. I hope they will be replaced by Jimi Marley Project gigs,but whether or not that works out, this wasn't a band I ever wanted to be a member of, and I've maintained my sub status, as opposed to band membership, for years now.
I don't mind lightening my load in this case. Not at all. The biggest challenge that this band ever offered me was covering for other band members' mistakes.

I have been very busy, musically, and I'm wondering (just a little, now and then) how long that can and will continue for me.
I'm grateful for having options, and staying in the present.

I'm actually a little unhappy with today's result - I can't explain it and the trend is bad for the weekend, at the highest Friday weight since last month, and above the trend line. Oh, well, I may just have to be a little better this weekend.

1:45pm: Overnight oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt) and a Nellie's sous vide egg drop.
