I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    195.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/31/22):         195.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
This change might as well be zero - it's just noise. But acceptable noise.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm: Oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, mixed berries, walnuts, nutritional yeast, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs) and scrambled eggs with cheese.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:00pm: Vegetarian sloppy Joe (Quorn grounds (mushroom protein), Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, kale and spinach) with riced cauliflower and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with peanut butter and low-sugar chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.;
