Daily Comment
I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.
Previous Weight (4/4/22): 198.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: + 1.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
This increase is very unexpected. Possibly due to late-night eating, I don't think I had excessive calories or any off-plan food. Yet here we are, at the high weight of the last five months - and still at a weight that is entirely acceptable. And, as or more important(ly), I feel well.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:50pm: Roasted turkey breast and salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, shredded mixed Italian cheeses, creamy balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.

1:45pm: Oatmeal+ (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, walnuts, mixed berries, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs).
