First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         208.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     206.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.8 lbs

Diet Comment
I'm dissatisfied with my results today. It is on me, that I haven't hewn to the standard I set for myself. 

I must stop eating my delicious, addictive home-made mayonnaise, but I have some more and some celery, still. Oh, and cut out late-night snacks.


Food Log
Breakfast
Cocoa-Kale-hemp protein shake (Almond milk, hemp seeds, kale, chia seeds, a large egg, cocoa, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Spinach and black bean omelet. Not shown: Salad with Spring Mix greens, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Celery with home-made mayonnaise.

Dinner
Cauliflower with Rajma Makhtani (red bean curry) and chicken sausage with feta cheese and spinach.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz,  Water:  112+ oz
