Daily Comment

Not a bad day. I spent most of the day writing and editing the i am Fool official band biography. Some nice back-and-forth there.

Then, it was TV catch-up time, watching the a couple of hours of comedies - 30 Rock and the Office, both of which I'll miss when they're gone (I've been missing the Office since Steve Carrell left, actually, and 30 Rock is over).

First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         207.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     207.6 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 0.6 lbs

Diet Comment
The second consecutive day of weight loss, and the first day of my 'new' diet regimen.



Food Log
Breakfast
Cocoa-Kale-hemp protein shake (Almond milk, large egg, chia seeds, hemp seeds, kale, cocoa, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Roasted turkey breast with black beans and balsamic vinaigrette on Spring Mix, baby spinach and cole slaw mix.

Dinner
I ate the rest of the chili from last night with a Spring Mix and balsamic vinaigrette salad.

Snack
Hard-boiled eggs and guacamole.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz,  Water:  112+ oz
