Dinner
12:45am: Cream cheese and walnuts on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread. Salad (prosciutto, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, ranch dressing).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
