Diet Comment
This might be the worst weekend performance of all time. Basically, Saturday was an out-of-control food frenzy, as I went on an all-day, into-the-late-night concert outing that included almost no on-plan foods and a huge amount of extremely off-plan eating, right into the early hours of Sunday morning. Sunday was going to be better, but ended up being another high-calorie day. Going to do my best to limit carb intake the next few days, for sure.
