A good loss. Not time to celebrate yet, though. My weight's still up.

Breakfast
12:25p: Oatmeal-quinoa with blueberries (steel cut oats, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, almond milk, kefir, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cinnamon, cacao nibs, maple syrup) and fried eggs with goat cheese and chili crisp.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:45pm: Hummus and blue corn taco chips, mixed nuts, 70% chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
