Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    200.6
 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/10/24):         203.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  2.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
There's a nice loss, offsetting a week of gains, and taking me back to what I consider the okay range (under 200.9 pounds). I know weight, as opposed to body composition, isn't the best way to consider health, but when all you have is a hammer...

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Chili crisp scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, oatmeal with blueberries.

Lunch
7:00pm, at Core: Sriracha ginger tofu wrap (roasted tofu, quinoa, lettuces, carrots, shredded beets, spicy broccoli, ginger, sriracha, carrot chili vinaigrette).

Dinner
1:45am: Turkey breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread, chia gel.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 8 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
