Extending my losses, I'm allowing myself some extra carbs as a reward. I think it'll be fine.

10:15pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn grounds mushroom protein, chopped kale and spinach, Marinara sauce) on edamame and mung bean fettuccine with shaved parmesan cheese. Chia gel with blueberries. A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 8 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
