Diet Comment
I am not happy with myself. I have dropped the ball on intermittent fasting and have stretched on-plan eating to the bursting point by overeating. You can't do that, even with 'good' food. The result? I'm above the rising trend line again. A change has to come.
Note: I'm having a little outpatient procedure to block off my atrial sac, the place where most afibrillation strokes start, tomorrow and will miss at least one day of posting here.
