Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    201.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/25/23):         199.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  2.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
I am not happy with myself. I have dropped the ball on intermittent fasting and have stretched on-plan eating to the bursting point by overeating. You can't do that, even with 'good' food. The result? I'm above the rising trend line again. A change has to come.

Note: I'm having a little outpatient procedure to block off my atrial sac, the place where most afibrillation strokes start, tomorrow and will miss at least one day of posting here.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:15pm:
Overnight oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:15pm: 1/2-pound beef burger and coleslaw

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
