I'm very happy, and hoping to continue the trend, carefully watching meal timing.

Breakfast
4:15pm: A Quest bar and a package of almonds.

Lunch
4:50pm: Rotisserie chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, mixed vegetable slaw, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and creamy. balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
9:15pm: Nuts and dark chocolate mix, and 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
