Diet Comment
I kept to my intermittent fasting schedule, but I really ate a lot of calories at the end of the day. Kind of a test for intermittent fasting, and it passed, with a nice loss. Back below the rising trend line, ending a difficult week well.

9:25pm: 1/2-pound burger with guacamole on low-carb bread, and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing, and mixed nuts.
