Diet Comment
Once again, I couldn't keep my intermittent fasting schedule due to rehearsal commitments, but I was close enough to have a slight loss, back at the (still rising) trend line.

9:25pm: Cauliflower crust pizza, carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar, mixed nuts.
