Diet Comment
Weekend weight gain - ah, well. I was good maintaining my intermittent fasting schedule until Sunday, when I bought a delicious keto snack bag at Aldi, and ate the whole thing over the course of the day - and night, on top of my regular eating. Thus, the bad result.

5:45pm: Cream cheese and walnut sandwich on low-carb bread. (This used to be one of my favorite things, as served by the Chock-Ful-o-Nuts chain when I was growing up in New York City - although theirs was on raisin bread. I was feeling nostalgic0.
