Diet Comment
Unable to keep to my intermittent fasting schedule, and ending up very hungry by the time I got home from rehearsal, I did eat on-plan, but still gained based on late-night calorie consumption.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:00pm: A Quest bar.

Lunch
5:45pm: Mixed nuts.

Dinner
8:10pm, at the Maplewood Grill:
This is the half of the reuben sandwich, sans the Thousand Island dressing that will be tomorrow's breakfast. Not shown: The half reuben sandwich I did eat, along with a small portion of freshly made potato chips. Later (9:30-ish) I had some mixed nuts and 86% dark chocolate.

   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
