Diet Comment
Every. Damn. Time. Every time I eat dinner at the Maplewood, I gain weight. Even though I did the intermittent fasting thing perfectly, it's not enough to overcome the pound of pork I ate for dinner last night. Oh, well. The bad news is that I'm back at the Maplewood again throughout dinner time tonight. I need to strategize.

9:25pm, at the Maplewood Grill: A small piece of seafood pizza with broccoli.

11:25pm: Mixed-veggie coleslaw. Mixed nuts and gouda cheese.*

Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.; *A Black Russian (hence the Snack, I was high)
