What a satisfying week! Very happy with the effectiveness of intermittent fasting. Eating schedule is the only change this week, and I dropped 3+ pounds.

10:15pm: A Quest bar, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt, mixed nuts. celery and homemade mayonnaise.
