Diet Comment
What a satisfying week! Very happy with the effectiveness of intermittent fasting. Eating schedule is the only change this week, and I dropped 3+ pounds.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm:
Overnight oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). Not shown: A spinach and cheddar cheese omelet.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:15pm: A
 Quest bar, 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt, mixed nuts. celery and homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
