Diet Comment
The weekend was very challenging. On Saturday, I worked (played bass) for seven hours over a 10-hour stretch, and didn't have a chance to eat properly or in a timely (8-hour period of eating, 16 hours of fasting) that day or the next, when I ended up eating one meal too early (hunger) and one too late (after playing at the Night Drop). This week will be equally challenging, as my rehearsal and gigging schedule means I will be unable to eat two meals within eight hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and on Tuesday I'll be having dinner at the Maplewood (a sure way to gain weight). Oh, well. That's life. At least, that's what all the people say.

1:15pm: Peanut butter on low-carb bread, and a parfait of Greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts.

11:35pm: Salmon burger with pesto sauce, edamame and mung bean fettuccine with Grandpa's sauce and parmesan cheese, mixed veggie slaw, and a few squares of 86% Peruvian dark chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
