Diet Comment
Good weekend, and I think I'm completely recovered from my surgery last Thursday, with no complications other than a temporary and brief water-weight-gain and a bruise on my arm that must have happened while I was under anesthesia, because it has nothing to do with the procedure and was not an IV site. I legitimately finished the month under 200 pounds, and I'm feeling particularly good about that today.
