Diet Comment
This week, my weight has varied by about a three-tenths of a pound over the five weigh-ins. Twice, there was no change in my weight at all. So, it's a good thing I'm happy with my weight.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:10pm: Broccoli and eggs with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.
Lunch
6:05pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and almond butter, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
1:10pm: Broccoli and eggs with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.
Lunch
6:05pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and almond butter, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Dinner
10:55pm: Lentil curry on cauliflower rice, and a couple of squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 18 oz.; Water: 64+ oz.;
