Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, mixed mushroom powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). Not shown: a simple cheese omelet.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:05pm: A Quest bar with peanut butter and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
