The expected drop, and not from any special eating. I'm back on trend.

Breakfast
2:15pm: 
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, mixed mushroom powder, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). Not shown: sous-vide egg drops with cheese and bacon.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:05am: A black bean Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell (if I gain weight tomorrow, this is why), a salad (sliced rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette), and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 32+ oz.;
