Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
Big gain for unknown reasons. Maybe nothing more than eating late, but it doesn't feel right. Bad reading?

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: 
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers).
Lunch
7:45pm: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with walnuts and cream cheese. A Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Dinner
11:05pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, homemade mayonnaise, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage and spinach. 
A Quest bar and a few squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
