Diet Comment
Not much of a change, but it is, at least, in the right direction.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:05pm: Broccoli and eggs with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.

Lunch
6:45pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar with almond butter.

Dinner
11:05pm: Miso ramen (ViteRamen high-protein noodles) with chicken breast, kale and spinach) and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 16 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
