Not much of a change, but it is, at least, in the right direction.

Brussel sprouts with eggs and shaved parmesan cheese, and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese. Everything was dusted with 'Everything' seasoning. |
8:05pm, at the Maplewood Grill: Bacon basket (a lot of different bacon, with onion relish. It's meant to be a shared appetizer, but I ate the whole thing - probably not heart-healthy, but... bacon!).
Dinner
11:25pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey, neat
